Inclusion and exclusion criteria.

Inclusion criteria	age ≥ 18 years clinical-radiological diagnosis of MRONJ, according to SICMF-SIPMO (all stages) [18] current ineligibility for protocols (conservative/medical for long term, or only surgical, as proposed by SICMF-SIPMO task force experts [4] regarding unstable systemic conditions, or unaccepted consent due to an invasive approach, in turn due to an advanced disease stage)
Exclusion criteria	previous radiation in the head and neck area neoplastic involvement of the jaw previous long-term conservative/medical or surgical treatment for MRONJ
