We compared PathoLive to Clinical Pathoscope and Bracken on a human sample containing 7 viruses. PathoLive performs best regarding the ROC-AUC at all sampled times (cycle 40, 60, 80, and 100) when compared to the results of the other tools after sequencing the complete first read (cycle 100).
