Exploring RNA editing in different human cell lines. To test for editing in different human cell lines, two selected constructs of RNA editing factors PPR56 and PPR65, each, in fusion with either the EYFP or the HA-His₆-MBP-tag, which initially showed different frequencies of RNA editing in HeLa cells, were alternatively transfected into IMR-90, HEK-293 and MCF-7 cells. RNA editing efficiencies and standard deviations are shown for at least three replicates each. For a complete list of results from individual replicates see Supplementary Table 2.
