Model E tests whether sleep quality at baseline moderates an increase in waist circumference (WC). Model F tests whether total sleep time at baseline moderates an increase in WC. Model G tests whether wake time after sleep onset at baseline moderates an increase in WC. Model H tests whether sleep efficiency at baseline moderates an increase in WC.
