Orofacial mechanical allodynia induced by CCI-ION. The results of von Frey filaments indicated that the head withdrawal threshold (HWT) of CCI-ION mice began to decrease from 3 days and lasted at least 28 days after surgery compared to the baseline (n = 6, *P < 0.05). CCI-ION mice almost reached the significantly lowest HWT on day 7 after surgery compared to the Sham group (n = 6, Sham vs CCI, 2.32 ± 0.47 g vs 0.41 ± 0.16 g, ^#P < 0.05).
