Correlation of anti-HCoV-NL63 S1/anti-HCoV-229E S1 protein-specific IgGs levels with anti-SARS-CoV-2 S/S1-specific IgGs levels and SARS-CoV-2 neutralizing antibody titer.

MFI values of anti-SARS-CoV-2 S1-specific IgGs levels determined by MABA were compared with MFI values of anti-HCoV-NL63 S1-protein-specific IgGs (Fig. 2a) or anti-HCoV-2-229E S1-protein-specific IgGs (Fig. 2b) also determined by MABA in sera of convalescent COVID-19 patients. The titer of SARS-CoV-2 neutralizing antibodies is correlated to MFI values of anti-HCoV-NL63 S1-protein-specific IgGs (Fig. 2c). Regression lines, coefficient of variations (r²) and statistical significance (p-value) are depicted in the Figures. Each symbol represents a single measurement.
