Advanced basal cell carcinoma (BCC): clinical presentation. Posterior (A) and lateral (B) views of the left upper back of a 62-year-old man with an advanced BCC without metastatic disease. The mass had been increasing in size during the previous 13 months and presented as a large (10 × 8 × 2.5 cm) exophytic tumor.
