The Δnrd1 and the wild-type Rio Grande (RG)-PtoR plant were inoculated with 5 × 106 cfu · mL−1 DC3000ΔavrPtoΔavrPtoB (DC3000ΔΔ) 6 h later. A ≥2-fold difference and adjusted P < 0.05 were used as cutoffs.
