The Antiproliferative activity of CuO NPs against cancer cell lines. Triplicate samples of AMJ-13, MCF-7, and HBL-100 cells at a concentration of 1 × 10⁴ cells mL⁻¹ were seeded. CuO NPs were added to these samples and incubation periods for 72 h. Cells were stained with MTT. The 492 nm wavelength was selected to assess absorbance.
