Visualization of flagellin from R. solanacearum and its overexpression in E. coli. Crude flagellin was isolated as sheared-cell extracts. Protein expression was induced in mid-log-phase E. coli BL21(DE3) with 2 mM IPTG. Proteins were separated by SDS-PAGE on 12% gels and stained with Coomassie brilliant blue.
