Tumorigenic effects of BV2-derived exosomes in U87 xenograft mouse model (A–C). Significantly increased tumor size (A) and weight (B) of BALB/c nude mice treated with RH-infected BV2-derived exosomes. BALB/c nude mice (C) were subcutaneously injected with 1 × 10⁷ U87 cells suspended in a Matrigel mixture. After 6 days post-injection, 100 µg of BV2-derived exosomes were treated in the mice. Tumor size and weight were measured on the indicated days and after sacrifice, respectively. *P < 0.05.
