EGFP–mβENaC is expressed as an in-frame fusion protein that is appropriately targeted to the membrane fraction in heterologous cells. The rabbit anti-mβENaC antibody targets the C-terminal of the mβENaC, and mouse anti-EGFPAV antibody targets the EGFP protein (specific antigenic site is proprietary). (b,c).
