Transmission of Delta SARS-CoV-2 cases on Ward 2. Serial C_T values of patients over time. pfu, plaque-forming units (per mL); C_T, cycle threshold value for the Envelope (E) gene; PT, patients (for Ward 2 patients numbering starts at PT 4, as per numbering in Figure 1C). Data represent 13 out of 14 patients; PT 17 was not tested for serial C_T. Median number of serial C_T values per patient is 6 (range: 2–11).
