These specifications are established phenotypic features and are used to test model correctness. In order from the left to the right columns, they are the wild-type state, the TET2 single mutant, the JAK2 single mutant and finally the double mutants, which consists of a bifurcation with two state attractors that represent the case where TET2 is mutated before JAK2 (TET2 first) and the alternative case where JAK2 is mutated first. We determine phenotype values using literature for the single mutants and Ortmann et al.¹³ for the double mutants. The value 1 represents the healthy state, 0 the lowered/inactive state, and 2 the overactive state.
