We weighted our model with expression maps of other serotonin receptors (5-HT1a, 5-HT1b, and 5-HT4), and the serotonin transporter (5-HTT), and found that 5-HT2a resulted in significantly lower transition energy (averaged across all pairs of states) than all others.
