For each cluster group, the mean BLUP values (best linear unbiased predictor adjusted means) for the measured traits for the members of each treatment in each cluster are presented. DM, dry matter plant⁻¹; SP, symbiotic potential plant⁻¹ indicating the clover biomass produced with Rhizobium as a proportion of the biomass produced with mineral nitrogen; RSR, root to shoot ratio plant⁻¹; np, not present, where half-sib families from a particular treatment are not present in that cluster.

SP is not a feature of the mineral nitrogen-supplemented traits.
