MSCs’ modulation of cytokine secretion by NK cells. Following 3 days of co-culture with IL-2, supernatants were collected, and their IFNγ (A), TNFα (B), Perforin (C), Granzyme A (D) and Granzyme B (E) were measured using ELISA. Values are reported in pg/ml and represent the mean ± SD of 4 independent experiments, each performed in triplicates.
