NK cells were cocultured for 3 days, in either absence or presence of different MSCs at 10:1 NK : MSC ratio. The expression levels of CD16, NKp30, NKp44, NKp46, NKG2D antigens on NK cells were examined by flow cytometry using the monoclonal antibodies after selecting the population of CD56^dim. The data are presented as the means ± SD of the percentages of NK cells that expressed a given marker from 4 independent experiments. *p < 0.05; **p < 0.005; vs NK cells; ^#p < 0.05vs NK cells + IL2.
