Nine Petri dishes were used and the number of Petri dishes showing cell regrowth was recorded.

Values are means ± standard errors of 3 replicates of two experiments. Mean values within a column followed by different letters are significantly different at p = 0.05 according to Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT).
