While the CD3, CD4, CD8α, TCR-γδ, CRR7, and Live/Dead staining was included in both panels, the IFN-γ staining (*) was only included in the IFN-γ analysis (Figure 7) and the proliferation (#) staining only in the proliferation analysis (Figure 6).
