Breast MRI of a 57-year-old sarcopenic woman (SMI = 34.3 cm2/m2; SMI < 40 cm2/m2 = sarcopenia) with invasive ductal carcinoma of the left breast. Sagittal post-contrast T1-weighted images, before (A) and after (B) 6 months of treatment shows a substantial stability in the size of the lesion located in the lower-outer quadrant of the left breast.
