Radiolabeled phospholipids from W3110 degP, W3110(pLD404), W3110 degP(pLD404), and W3110 degP(pBR322) cultures. [14C]acetate-labeled cultures were grown at 44°C, and radiolabeled phospholipids were separated on a TLC plate and autoradiographed.
