Data are p means ± SEM. In one cell, GABA_A receptors were first blocked with picrotoxin (100 μM), revealing a long‐lasting GABA_B‐mediated IPSP with amplitude −1.7 mV and half‐width 239.7 ms (see Fig. 5 Eb).
