MYC downstream gene mRNA expression in MM cell‐lines following treatment with JQ1, OTX015, SGC‐CBP30, ISOX‐DUAL and JQ1+ SGC‐CBP30. CDK4 and hTERT mRNA expression was analyzed by qPCR following IC₅₀ drug treatments for 48 and 72 h in KMS‐12‐BM (green bars), SKMM‐1 (orange bars), and NCI‐H929 (black bars) cells. The control (CTRL) is 2 mM DMSO treatment. Transcript levels were normalized against β‐actin expression and expressed relative to the control treatment. Data are shown as mean ± SEM.
