PICOS:
  • Population: Adults aged 18 years of over (any gender) diagnosed with a depressive, anxiety, trauma‐related, or eating disorder using any recognized diagnostic criteria and/or a standardized diagnostic assessment/tool by a clinician
  • Intervention: Studies that examined hatha yoga as an integrated or adjunct part of a Level or Level 2 evidence‐based psychological intervention.
  • Comparison: No restrictions on comparison.
  • Outcomes: No restrictions on outcome variables.
  • Study types: Any study which described a cohort trial, or protocol thereof, with the relevant interventions and populations.
Exclusion:
  • 1.
    Studies included samples who were aged under 18 years or not diagnosed with a depressive, anxiety, trauma‐related eating disorder.
  • 2.
    Studies that did not describe an intervention (i.e., review paper) or did not assess a cohort (i.e., case studies).
  • 3.
    Articles published in languages other than English*.
