Cell vertex oscillations a series of frames showing the morphological evolution of a randomly selected cell with $\vec{C}$ indicated as black dot and the weighted center of mass as blue dot. While the direction-dependent morphology varies, the position of the weighted center of mass also varies. However, the center vertex position $\vec{C}$ does not exhibit a strong position variations, based on the definition of the center as the point with the largest distance to the cell border.
