All strains showed the zone of inhibition towards P. aeruginosa except KUMS-C4, KUMS-C6 strains. None of the strains had antibiotic activity against S. aureus, and E. coli. Imipenem and vancomycin were used as positive controls, while methanol and ethyl acetate were negative controls
