(A) Box-plots shows the different contribution of each of the factors obtained in the analysis of principal components for survivors and non-survivors, showing, in addition, three moments in the evolution of the disease (first, third and sixth days of admission of the patients). (B) Shows that in the first 6 days of hospitalization, the mean score is stable and significantly lower for patients who survived than for those who died. In addition, a growing trend is observed for this marker in patients who did not survive. Trends over time of the PC scores for survivors and non-survivors were calculated separately by using RM-ANOVA or Friedman test.
