SB-CD19-28z.CAR/TCR KO T cells inhibited GvHD development in vivo
Six-week-old male NSG mice were irradiated at a dose of 2 Gy. After 6 h of irradiation, the mice received 10 × 106 SB-CD19-28z.CAR/TCR KO or SB-CD19-28z.CAR/scrambled control T cell through intravenous administration.
