Analysis was conducted using TIMER 2.0. Results are presented as purity-corrected partial Spearman’s rho value and statistical significance. Correlation cut-off values of the Spearman coefficient was set to R>0.33 (positive correlation) and R<-0.33 (negative correlation). Neg: negative correlation (P<0.05, P<0); Pos: Positive correlation (P<0.05, P>0); ns, not significant (P>0.05).
