Survival analysis for the Col1a2 knockout mouse line. A Kaplan–Meier ‘survival’ analysis was performed on all genotyped mice from the Col1a2 null line up until 12 months (end of experiment). A log-rank (Mantel–Cox) test was performed, which gave an overall P-value of <0.0001, indicating a significant difference between survival curves. n=19 for all groups.
