BR102 inhibited tumor growth in a murine tumor model. C57BL/6JNifdc mice were subcutaneously injected with MC38/hPD-L1 cells. When tumor volumes reached 50 mm3, mice were treated with PBS, HS636, or BR102 (n = 8 for each group). The tumor volume was measured twice per week.
