(A) Immunofluorescence analysis was performed on primary cultures of normal human melanocytes (NHMs), normal human keratinocytes (NHKs) and normal human fibroblasts (NHFs) using an antibody (red signal) directed against the autophagy marker light chain 3 (LC3I/II).
