Census tracts were categorized into 5 groups based on nationally normed Child Opportunity Index scores (range, 0-100), with very low opportunity indicating 0 to <20; low opportunity, 20 to <40; moderate opportunity, 40 to <60; high opportunity, 60 to <80; and very high opportunity, 80 to 100. Maps include all available data prior to exclusion of census tracts for missing data in linked data set.
