Heatmap (a), correlation plot (b), and ChemRICH set enrichment statistics plot (c) of the concentration of the fatty acids quantified by UHPLC-HRMS/MS in giant panda serum samples, which show a statistically significant difference between groups. In the ChemRICH set enrichment statistics plot, each node reflects a significantly altered cluster of molecules. Enrichment p-values are calculated through the Kolmogorov–Smirnov test. Node sizes represent the total number of metabolites in each cluster set. The node color scale shows the proportion of increased (red) or decreased (blue) compounds in the High bamboo shoot consumption group compared to the Normal group.
