Proton sensing G-protein coupled receptors are expressed in primary human lung fibroblasts. Primary human lung fibroblasts were cultured in six-well plates and grown to a confluency of 85% before protein was harvested to examine expression of TDAG8 (A), OGR1 (B), and G2A (C).
