PEG2 promoted hEM15A migration through NLRP3/caspase-1 pyroptosis pathways. (a) In hEM15A, PGE2, co-cultured PGE2 + CY-09 (the inhibitor of NLRP3), co-cultured PGE2 + VX-765 (the inhibitor of caspase-1) and co-cultured PGE2 + CY-09 + VX-765, pyroptosis related proteins (NLRP3 and cleaved caspase-1) were detected by Western blot analysis. (b) In hEM15A, PGE2, co-cultured PGE2 + CY-09 (the inhibitor of NLRP3), co-cultured PGE2 + VX-765 (the inhibitor of caspase-1) and co-cultured PGE2 + CY-09+VX-765, the level of IL-1β and IL-18 in cell culture medium were detected by ELISA.
