Effects of five turmeric extract (TE) fractions on protein expression of FBXO32 and MuRF1 in dexamethasone (DEX)-treated C2C12 myotubes. The myotubes were incubated with Fr.1 (a), Fr.2 (b), Fr.3 (c), Fr.4 (d), and Fr.5 (e) for 12 h under DEX co-treatment conditions, and FBXO32 and MuRF1 expressions were investigated. The results are shown as the mean ± standard error, and n = 3. Statistical analysis was performed by two-way ANOVA, and where an interaction effect was detected, multiple comparison test was performed by Tukey–Kramer test.
