Effects of Pandanus amaryllifolius (A) crude alcoholic extract (A,B) crude base extract on intracellular ROS accumulation using the 2′,7′-dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate (H₂DCFDA) reagent. Neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells were incubated with the extracts for 6 h, followed by 10 μM Aβ for 24 h. “No Oxidative Stress” indicates non-Aβ treated cells. Intracellular ROS level (% of the control cells) was computed as mean ± SD of triplicate experiments. The (*) represents statistical difference (p < 0.05) of the ROS level with the Aβ-treated alone cells.
