Different letters (within a column) indicate significant differences (one-way ANOVA, Duncan’s multiple comparison test, p < 0.05). 1 TPC was expressed as mg gallic acid equivalent to 1 g of dried sample (mg GAE/g). 2 TFC was expressed as the mg quercetin equivalent to 1 g of dried sample (mg QE/g). 3 Fresh sample was expressed as control variable.
