Several acquisition settings can be adjusted before imaging begins. The required acquisition lasers are initiated (A) and their light paths are configured (B). The specimen navigator is used to adjust the position of the camera relative to the sample (C). Under acquisition mode, Image size and bit depth can be adjusted along with settings to control how the light sheets are used to acquire the image (D). Channel settings, including the intensity of each acquisition laser and exposure time can be manually set (E).
