Surface creation setup
Surface creation begins with enabling segmenting a region of interest (A) and manually dragging the boundaries until the region of interest is completely enclosed (B). We kept surface detail for smoothing at the default value for pixel doubling and used the Labkit pixel classifier algorithm for determining soma boundaries (C).
