Correlation analysis based on flora operational taxonomic units (OTUs) and clinical factors. The color intensity indicates the correlation degree between OTU abundance and principal parameters which were evaluated by Spearman’s correlation analyses. The top 75 OTUs, with statistically significant abundance differences by Spearman’s correlation analyses with specific metabolic parameters in groups.
