TABLE 1.

Bayesian independence test of the times to fates extracted from B and CD8+ T cell filming datasets. For each pair of the times to fates, the correlation coefficient was estimated with 95% credible interval using bivariate normal distribution and Bayes Factor (BF) was calculated. Given two hypotheses (H0: ρ = 0 and H1: ρ ≠ 0), if the data is more probable under H0, then it is BF01 times more favoured than H1, otherwise H1 is BF10 times more favoured than H0.
