**56,971 participants received the Level 2 programme

***Each study centre selected one of three modules (1 of 3 exam system) to be carried out in all Level 2 participants, while the other two modules are only performed in a subgroup of 100 participants. The angle chair and hand examinations counted as one 1 of 3 examination module. Some study centres chose 2 out of 3 modules and carried out each module on one-half of all Level 2 participants

****Stool sample collection was assigned to 50% of all participants and started November 8th 2016
