The horizontal line represented the odds ratio and 95% confidence interval, OR < 1.0 indicated the risk of diseases decreased and OR > 1.0 indicated the risk of diseases increased. *One SNP (rs72818514) was excluded in the pulmonary embolism outcome because no available proxy was found.
