A 25-year-old man presented with mononeuritis multiplex. He also had proximal weakness of both the upper limbs. There was thickening of great auricular nerve (A, arrow), besides thickening of ulnar and superficial radial nerves. MRI demonstrated contrast enhancement of bilateral brachial plexus (B, arrows).
