Expression analyses of SgNramps in leaf and root of stylo under metal stresses. (A) Expressions of SgNramps in leaf (L) and root (R) of stylo grown in nutrient solution without MnSO4 (–Mn), Fe-Na-EDTA (–Fe), ZnSO4 (–Zn), or CuSO4 (–Cu) applications for 7 days. (B) Expressions of SgNramps in leaf (L) and root (R) of stylo grown in nutrient solution supplied with 400 μM MnSO4 (+Mn), 800 μM Fe-Na-EDTA (+Fe), 20 μM ZnSO4 (+Zn), or 10 μM CuSO4 (+Cu) for 7 days. Stylo seedlings grown in full-strength Hoagland solution were set as the control treatment. The data include three biological replicates. The values represented the fold change of each SgNramp expression between metal stress and the control (CK), which were calculated as log2(metal stress/CK). The positive and negative values represent up- and down-regulation, respectively.
