Cell viability of primary cortical neurons over 2 days. Cell viability was performed by MTT assay. Intact primary cortical neurons were used as control. Cell viability was measured immediately after stimulation (Day 0), 1-day (Day 1) and 2-days (Day 2) post-stimulation. ANOVA test was performed to determine statistical significance. No statistical significance was found between samples (p-value < 0.05).
