AsIII suppresses the expression of GATA-2-regulated genes. Primary mouse bone marrow HPCs stimulated with EPO and SCF to undergo erythroid lineage commitment and differentiation were treated in vitro with 0 or 500 nM AsIII for 48 h and the expression of GATA-2-responsive genes was measured using qPCR.
